Shipping Information
Orders will go out in less than a week. If, for some reason, anything is out of stock then we will notify you and let you know the expected delivery date.
All of our standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Berkley, CA. Please note this may take 2 - 5 days however these times do vary and are not guaranteed. We will do everything we can to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner but Little Spoons is not responsible for any delays in shipping once an order leaves our studio.
If you are in the East Bay area and would like to pick up your item simply email hello@shoplittlespoons.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We love to meet our customers especially by bike!
We also offer expedited shipping options if needed. Contact hello@shoplittlespoons.com to coordinate. Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not weekends or holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We are working on it! That said, we are reasonable folks and if for some reason a product we send to you is damaged please let us know and we will send a replacement with a posted envelope to return the damaged item. Do notify us by email at hello@shoplittlespoons.com within 14 days of delivery of the the damaged item. We don't want to keep you waiting!
